Chief Olusegun Osoba, an aging statesman, veteran journalist, and former governor of Ogun State, is congratulated by President Bola Tinubu on his 85th birthday. Chief Osoba led Ogun State as governor twice. During the failed Third Republic, from 1992 to 1993, and again from 1999 to 2003.
