The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide has alleged that that there are plots to declare a state of emergency in the southeast region by the Nigerian Army. The group made this known in a statement signed by its President-General and Secretary-General, Okechukwu Isiguzoro, and Okwu Nnabuike.
