Minister for Science and Technology, Dr. Ogbonnaya Onu, on Monday in Abuja, told young and future Nigerian scientists that they should see themselves as solution providers from a global perspective. Onu said this on the occasion of the 2020 edition of the Young Scientists Presidential Award
