Taraba state Governor, Darius Ishaku has lost his Commissioner for Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation Naphtali Kefas who hails from Wukari Local Government Area of the state. Information gathered by our correspondent revealed that Kefas died on Thursday at the Federal Medical Centre, Jalingo.
