Lafarge Africa investors approve sale of subsidiary for $316m
Motolani Oseni Shareholders of Lafarge Africa Plc on Monday unanimously approved the proposed sale of Lafarge South Africa Holding Limited (LSAH) to LafargeHolcim Group for $316.2 million.
