Lagos State government yes­terday commissioned the Multi-Billion Naira Ultra Modern Car­diac and Renal Centre at Gbagada General Hospital. Speaking during the commis­sioning of the event, Lagos state commissioner of health, Dr Jide Idris said the idea of setting up the befitting facility is to lessen the burden of non-communicable diseases in the state.
