A non-governmental organization, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) on Thursday issued a threat to drag the University of Ibadan (UI), and Adekunle Ajasin University, Ondo State to court, if they fail to reverse what it describes as patently illegal increases in fees.
