The Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate in Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu, has been declared the winner of the state’s suppementary election which held on Saturday. Ikpeazu polled 264,713 as against 180,882 votes of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA) candidate, Alex Otti.
