Suspected vandal seen hanging from electric pole in Abuja after being electrocuted
A suspected vandal was seen hanging upside down from an electric pole in Abuja.
The man, suspected to be a vandal, was found in the early hours of today along the Dawaki-Sokale road, in the Dutse Area of Abuja.
