Speaker, Deputy Senate President salute APC National Chairman Ganduje, at 75

Speaker of the House of Representatives Rep Tajudeen Abbas and the Deputy Senate President, Jubrin Barau have congratulated the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, on his 75th birthday.
The Speaker, in a congratulatory message through his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Musa Abdullahi Krishi, described Dr Ganduje as a patriot and a democratic pillar whose invaluable contributions to the development and growth of his fatherland are commendable.
He said the APC National Chairman has, since his assumption of office, been providing good leadership and guidance to the party, which is one of the reasons why the party continues to wax stronger.
The Speaker noted the electoral successes of the APC across the states and how the state chapters have recorded stability under Dr. Ganduje’s leadership of the ruling party.
Abbas also commended the APC National Chairman for the cordial relationship between the National Working Committee, NWC, of the Party and the National Assembly Caucus.
While wishing Dr Ganduje more fruitful years in sound health, Speaker Abbas also prayed for increased wisdom.
Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau Jibrin, while eulogising described him as a game changer.
Senator Barau, in a special birthday message to the former governor of Kano State, signed by his media aide, Ismail Mudashir, said the visionary leadership of Ganduje had brought about more cohesion and ultimately led to the party’s victory in four out of the five off-circle elections.
Dr. Ganduje was born on December 25, 1949, and will celebrate his 75th birthday on Wednesday.
He said that under Ganduje’s chairmanship, the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had conducted five off-season elections, adding that APC had won all except Bayelsa State.
Describing him as a strong pillar of democracy, he said Ganduje’s contributions to the development and progress of the country cannot be over-emphasized.

‘’ As I predicted when he emerged as the national chairman of the largest political in Africa on August 3rd last year, the fortunes of the ruling APC have been blossoming under His Excellency Ganduje’s able leadership to the admiration of all. He is the game changer. Under him, we won four out of the five off-season elections. We won in Kogi, Imo, Edo and Ondo states.
” This is not unconnected to his outstanding leadership, pro-members’ posture and can-do spirit he has exhibited since he took over the mantle of leadership.
‘’ May Allah SWT continue to give him sound health, divine guidance and protection as he pilots the affairs of our party to even greater heights. More wins for our great party under his able leadership, Insha Allah,’’ he said.
