The SaharaReporters proprietor took to his Twitter handle where he shared a picture of Tiwa Savage as well as images of protesters who participated in his RevolutionNow Movement.
It would be useful to recall that sequel to a similar protest which held approximately a year ago, inspired by Sowore himself, peaceful protesters took to the streets on the 5th of August across major cities in Nigeria, calling on the Nigerian public to stand up to bad governance.
The peaceful demonstration did not however, go as scripted, as the Federal Government ordered an inter-agency crack-down on the peaceful protesters.
With the seeming unwillingness by Nigerian celebrities to use their influence to weigh in on issues of serious import, Sowore has now taken to social media to express his disappointment, calling out Tiwa Savage who had sometime this year launched a movement against rape in Nigeria.
