Sosoliso Airline boss dies from Coronavirus in London

Chief Victor Ikwuemesi, Chairman, defunct Sosoliso Airline, has reported died of Coronavirus in London, United Kingdom.

This came as 778 people were on Tueday confirmed. died after contracting coronavirus, taking the UK death toll to 12,107, the Department of Health (DoH) has said

Ikwuemesi’s family sources and associates, said Ikwuemesi died on Monday days after contracting coronavirus

Ikwuemesi was said to be in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on oxygen since he arrived the London hospital.

“But, when the oxygen was removed for him to eat, he couldn’t breathe on his own. So they put him on a ventilator and he died shortly after,” a source said.

Today’s jump in deaths in UK is another huge daily increase, following a rise of 717 yesterday and 737 on Sunday.

The toll was updated today after England recorded another 744 deaths.

Scotland reported 40 deaths, while 19 were recorded in Wales and 10 in Northern Ireland.

The combined figure from the four nations comes to 813, which is higher than the number – 778 – later released by the DoH this afternoon.

The government has said this difference is because each devolved authority often makes amendments to their own data after reporting deaths to the DoH each day.
