Why Seyi Asurf ‘Hakkunde’ is a must watch

as Frank Donga, Toyin Aimakhu, Ali Nuhu others stars in the movie

Set in Lagos and Kaduna, Hakkunde as produced and directed by Oluseyi Asurf ex-rays the story of a young graduate who battles everything from discrimination, insecurity and his journey toward self-discovery.

Hakkunde further highlights the merits of steadfastness, humility, and self-denial and also espouses the gains of harnessing opportunities, delimiting the much much-celebrated mediocrity of high-handedness, and divulging the demerits of pride, greed, and inconsistency.

According to the producer, Seyi Asurf, he disclosed that the production crew ended up shooting the 8th version of the movie so as to be able to project the right message at the end of the movie nothing that one of the challenge of the production was the demise of veteran actor, Bukky Ajayi who was meant to be part of the production.

For Frank Donga who played the lead ‘Akande’, he noted that he was part of the production process because he could easily relate with the script which rightly defines the everyday Nigerian society, with its ups and downs and with a particular focus on the life of a job hunting graduate.

The movie featured staller cast that includes comic actor, Frank Donga, Toyin Abraham, Ali Nuhu, Seyi Law, Maryam Booth, Ibrahim Daddy, Isa Bello Ja, Rahama Sadau and Hadiza Soja.
Scheduled for cinema release in August 4, 2017, Hakkunde is a much watch for every viewers as it is a movie that depicts that all hope is not lost
The movie is however written by Oluseyi, Tomi Adesina and Gift Imafidon.
