Senator’s son bags first class in UK versity

Son of federal lawmaker Senator Andy Uba, representing Anambra South constituency, Tobi Uba, has graduated with a First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.

He had earlier in 2013 finished from the British International School, Victoria Island, Lagos, where he carved a niche for himself as one of 10 students from the school whose names hit the front pages of newspapers for achieving the highest grades in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE).

Uba junior recorded 6As, 2Bs and 1C, after which he proceeded to the prestigious Henley Business School, University of Reading to study Business and Management, where he recorded the latest feat.

His official graduation is slated for next month.

It would be recalled that Chrystal Uba, another child of Senator Uba, was called to the Nigerian Bar Abuja, in December 2015.
