If information reaching us from the grapevine is anything to considered, then the Lagos sitting senator representing Lagos West, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, popularly known as Yayi, is not having it smooth at the moment. Since he declared his intention to become the next governor of Ogun State, series of allegations have been levied against his personality. Now, the Directorate of State Services (DSS) is said to have commenced investigation into the matter. It was reliably gathered that the issues being investigated include alleged change of name by Yayi after he unceremoniously left The Guardian as an accounts clerk in the early 90s and his claim to the Ilaro root in Ogun State.
