Senator Bwacha refutes APC’s claim as favourite in 2019

The Deputy Minority Leader of the National Assembly, Senator Emmanuel Bwacha has refuted claims by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) that the massive defection of their Lawmakers to the opposition Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), will in no way affect their chances in 2019 general elections.

Senator Bwacha, who represents the Southern Taraba Senatorial Zone at the Upper Chambers of the National Assembly, stated this at the Weekend while answering questions from Jouralists in Jalingo.

According to him, PDP said the same thing in 2014 when its Lawmakers were leaving for APC “But what happened at the end of the day”? he queried.

The Lawmaker said PDP experienced the same massive defection of its lawmakers in 2014 stressing the trend badly affected the Party during and after elections.
