The Senator representing Anambra South Senatorial District and frontline governorship aspirant, in Anambra State, Dr Andy Uba has said that he is with the All Progressives Congress (APC) and that he is not leaving the party.
Speaking to newsmen shortly after meeting with his loyalists at his campaign office in Awka, Dr Uba stressed the need to encourage his supporters after the APC primary that didn’t favour him and assured that he is still with the party to work for the overall progress of the party.
He urged whoever that is running for APC to carry his supporters along to form a united front as a house divided against itself cannot stand.
The senator announced that his plan now is to ensure the progress of APC taking into cognisance that President Muhammadu Buhari would run in 2019, that he will strongly support him to win Anambra State and the entire South East.
He urged well meaning individuals to support the APC led government in the center to enable them benefit from the dividends of democracy.
