Second Term: PDP offers Gov Ikpeazu chance to affirm stance
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Abia says, it will hold a mega rally mid-week to ask the state governor and their sole governorship candidate to confirm his acceptance to either run for a second term or reject it.
In a media chat with newsmen in Umuahia, the state chairman of the party, Sir Johnson Onuigbo said the rally which will afford the state opportunity to showcase itself as a PDP state, will entails asking Governor Okezie Ikpeazu to accept the numerous calls for him to accept to contest again or refuse the offer.
The occasion, he said will also enable the people to know the next line of action of Sen. Theodore Ahamefula Orji, who represents Abia Central.
