Ronaldo Firing towards Golden Boot Award
Cristiano Ronaldo and Real Madrid won’t win any major trophy this season, but the Portuguese is on track to win the Golden Boot award and could perhaps even set a personal record. The 30-year-old scored a perfect hat-trick (one goal with his right foot, one with the left and one with the head) in Real’s 4-1 win at Espanyol on Sunday. Following his seventh La Liga hat-trick of the season, Ronaldo has now scored 45 goals in the Spanish league.
