The sum would be payable over 18 months in four instalments, but RB Leipzig have already asked Roma for a discount on the purchase price due to the coronavirus pandemic that has suspended football.
Tottenham on the other hand, are monitoring the Czech’s movements and have reportedly begun talks to make a move for him.
However, according to Italian publication, Corriere dello Sport, Roma are ready for RB Leipzig to sign Schick for €26.5m.
RB Leipzig have until 15th June to activate the buying clause.
