Ribadu Group Dumps PDP Candidate, Opts for Midibbo
There is a shift in the terrain of Adamawa State politics. There, a group known as Ribadu Support Group (RSG) has swung their loyalty and support to gubernatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Movement (PDM) Dr. Modibbo Ahmed and would henceforth wish to be addressed as the Modibbo Support Group (MSG).
The leader of the group, Yahaya Mahammed said that Ahmed was the most respected, the most dignified candidate, who had value and respect for the people of Adamawa State.
“Having observed the political terrain and courtesy receive from our former party, we believe only a man with the qualities of the like Dr Modibbo Ahmed can restore dignity to our state,” Yahaya said.
