Rep tasks FCT residents to imbibe culture of on peace, love

Member representing AMAC-Bwari Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rep. Zephaniah Jesalo, (PDP), has called on residents of the FCT to imbibe the culture of peace, love and unity.
Jesalo made the call on Saturday in Abaji at the funeral service in honour of the late Mr. David Tadanyigbe.
Tadanyigbe was the father of Mr. Gami, a News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reporter attached to Kuje Area Council of the FCT.
The lawmaker said the late Tadanyigbe was a peaceful, loving, accommodating and an accomplished man who devoted his life time to humanitarian services.
”We are here to bid farewell to our friend who devoted his life time assisting and encouraging the people.
”He was humble, peaceful, accommodating and above all, he cherishes and appreciated people around.
”So, the message I want us to take home is to imbibe the culture of peace, love and to learn to accommodate each other,” he said.
In his sermon, Rev. Sani Soro of the Evangelical Church of West Africa (ECWA) in Abaji called on Christians to ensure total submission to God.
He said there was no repentance in grave and so, admonished the congregation to always seek righteousness in every of their undertakings. The cleric described the deceased as a man that truly committed his life to the work of God.
