‘My refusal to join APC is why they want me dead’
The Caretaker Chairman of Brass Local Government Area of Bayelsa state, Hon. Victor Isaiah, has raised the alarm of alleged death threat on his life.
He also said there are plots to assassinate him and make the council ungovernable.
According to him, some people are after him because of his refusal to join the All Progressives Congress (APC) and consistent allegiance to the State Governor, Hon. Seriake Dickson.
In an exclusive interview with newsmen at the weekend in Yenagoa, he said that the Thursday morning foiled arrest from the Police Force headquarters was part of the plot to weaken his resolve to stand firm with the PDP and Governor Dickson.
