Red Bull Salzburg’s Minamino set for Liverpool medical
Red Bull Salzburg attacker Takumi Minamino will have a medical at Liverpool on Wednesday ahead of a proposed January move.
According to Sky Sports the Japanese attacking midfielder will be assessed on Wednesday and is expected to be officially unveiled at Anfield on January 1 2020.

Liverpool began negotiations to sign the 24-year-old, who has a £7.25m release clause in his contract, last week after impressing against them in their two Champions’ League group games this season, scoring at Anfield.
Salzburg sporting director Christoph Freund said last week it was an “honour” to have the Champions League champions interested in their players.
