Kogi state Police Command has paraded one Prophet Oluwasegun Otaru of “Voice Canaan Temple: C&S Aladura Church basied in Ozuri, Adavi loocal government area of Kogi state over ritual killings,
Prophet Otaru who was paraded along with two, of his accomplices, was alleged to have lured to a hotel and killed late Miss Mercy Moses.
According to the Kogi state Police Public Relations Officer, ASP William Aya , the suspects confessed and admitted to tlhe commission of the offence.
The PPRO stated that the suspects after luring their victim to a hotel room, took turns to rape her before she was brutally murdered.
The two other suspects who narrated how the heinous crime was committed, explained that after the serial rape, they killed the victim and thereafter had sex with the dead body as part of the ritual to let them succeed in their nefarious activities.
