‘Post corps members to their areas of specialisation’
Governor of Ebonyi state, Chief Dave Umahi, Thursday charged the authorities of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), to post next batch of corps members to their specific areas of specialisation while in the universities, to ensure optimum performance of the members.
He said it would be of no use posting corps members who studied engineering, agricultural science or information technology to classrooms where their impact would not be felt.
Umahi gave this charge when he received Mrs. Ann Ibe the new State Coordinator of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) posted to the state and other officials of the corps who accompanied her to the Government House, Abakaliki.
