Police Declares Bisexual Woman Wanted After Boyfriend Nabbed Her In Same-sex Act
The Edo State Command of the Nigerian Police has declared wanted a bisexual woman identified as Maryella Ugberaese after she was reportedly caught in the act of same-sex practice with her partner by her boyfriend in Benin City.
A source who craved anonymity told our correspondent that Maryella Ugberaese and her partner were reportedly caught in her apartment by her boyfriend (name withheld) as it was said that he walked into the apartment unannounced and caught the two bisexual women locked in each others arms without clothes on .
Her boyfriend, according to the source, immediately raised an alarm after violently attacking his girlfriend with a dangerous weapon which she avoided by running away .
It was said that Maryella Ugberaese however managed to escape from her apartment before the arrival of other neighbours and youths of the community who gathered to catch a glimpse of the sacrilegious act.
The mob was said to have angrily unleashed terror of unimaginable magnitude on Maryella Ugberaese’s partner who was said to be lying in her pool of blood as some of the angry youths almost resorted to lynching her to death but for the timely arrival of the police who rescued and took her away.
Meanwhile, following the sudden disappearance of Maryella Ugberaese from her community after she was caught by her boyfriend, it was gathered that her boyfriend after reporting the sacrilegious incident which led to the desecration of the community by his girlfriend and her partner, promised to work with the police and other security agencies within and outside the Edo State until Maryella Ugberaese is arrested and prosecuted for breaching the Same-sex Marriage Prohibition Act of 2014.
A statement made available by the police to journalists in Benin City said that it received a disturbing report on two bisexual women who were caught in the act of same-sex practice by her boyfriend (name withheld) in Benin City.
The statement further added that one Maryella Ugberaese, whose boyfriend had caught them both in the act, managed to escape from her apartment immediately after they were apprehended while her partner was however rescued from the angry mob who almost lynched her to death.
It further urged members of the general public with useful information that could lead to the arrest of the fleeing Maryella Ugberaese to report at any nearby police station adding that her arrested partner would soon be prosecute pending the completion of investigation into the case.
