Philanthropy is natural for successful entrepreneurs says CEO of Natty CTS Agency

Philanthropy, which is becoming a vogue among entrepreneurs, has been explained as a natural order that is an indication that entrepreneurs are sensitive to their environment and responding accordingly.

“If you look at the figure of the number of people living below the poverty line presently in the world, it is imperative that those who have should lend a helping hand to the have-nots.

And naturally, entrepreneurs are among those who can lend such helping hands.”
Oladeebo Olanrewaju Ismail, the Managing Director and CEO of Natty CTS Agency, made this point while unveiling the new estate developed by his company in the Lekki area of Lagos.

The Covid-19 lockdown of last year, he noted, created a circumstance for people to engage in philanthropy.

“As far as philanthropy goes, I have been doing that but I don’t like showing off,” he stated.

Oladeebo Olanrewaju, a serial entrepreneur, further pointed out how government can help the teeming young people who seem to be losing faith in their country because of the soaring unemployment rate to unleash their entrepreneurial instincts.

Said he: “If government can fix power, it will go a long way, because, with power, small business owners would be able to survive. Secondly, the availability of business loans will also help unleash the hidden potential in young people.”

Oladeebo, a native of Isokan, Osun State, has various qualifications in Marketing and Business Studies, Industrial and International Relations, Marketing and International Business, has justified the utility of studying various disciplines with the continuing expansion of his business based on principles he learnt from the time he spent studying at LASU, Olabisi Onabanjo University and the University of Chester (UK) respectively.

Natty CTS Agency, which he founded in 2000, has grown to become a major real estate force in the Lagos property market with two major offices, one on the Island in Beachwood Estate, Lekki, which was developed by the company and one on the mainland in Agege.
