Peace not in our armoury, nuclear sites but in our hearts – Jonathan

Former President of Nigeria Mr Goodluck Jonathan has said that the peace the world is seeking is not in armoury and sophisticated nuclear sites but in our hearts.

Jonathan made this known at World Summit 2020 in Seoul organised by the Universal Peace Federation.

Jonathan at the Summit engourage that people should reach out to the recesses of thier hearts and act in love always to save lives.

He said: ‘The peace that the world needs is not in our armoury and sophisticated nuclear sites but in our hearts. Let’s reach out to the recesses of our hearts & act always in love  to save our people.”

Also at the summit is former President Chief Olusegun Obasanjo whom Jonathan said he was delighted to meet

He said: ‘I was delighted to meet His Excellency Chief Olusegun Obasanjo at the ongoing World Summit 2020 in Seoul, South Korea where we joined leaders from across the world to make a case for lasting peace, interdependence & shared values among the world’s peoples and nations.’
