PDP nullifies Isoko North parallel EXCOS, warns against “double standard”

The Delta South senatorial District of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday declared it as unconstitutional, parallel executives in Isoko North. While the party averred that the parallel executives was null and void, the senatorial District Chairman, Mr. Emmanuel Amagbaduba, said “apart from  the present inaugurated party chairman and his cabinet, any contrary executive at the ward level, local government or any other way, is not recognized by the state party chairman, Barr Kingsley Esiso and the null and void”.

Saying that anti-party activities will lead to summary dismissal. Mr. Amagbaduba warned that any party member found guilty of such offence punishable under the party’s constitution, will be expelled. He urged party members to keep the unity of the party with a view to ensuring a level playing field during elections and expressed commitment towards actualizing the mandate of the party.

He said that the party’s goal can only be achieve with collective responsibilities and interest of propagating a formidable resistance against external opposition and assured unity faithful in the dividends of democracy.
