Paul Play, Koffi, Lady Ekwe others dazzle at African International Music Festival

In its maiden edition, organisers of the African International Music Festival (AIM Festival) has proved a point with its distinctive artistic musical concert held at the La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort, Ikegun Village, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos recently where over 54 musicians drawn from all African countries thrilled guest to quality entertainment.
An initiative of Motherlands and Beckon creativity under the leadership of Amb. Wanle Akinboboye, the event raises the bar with arrays of activities that ranges from unique and distinct songs, dance styles, stagecraft, chants, display and razzmatazz amongst others.
In a chat with Amb. Wanle, he said the event is put together to ensuring the domestication of the prodigious creative industry for the growth, unity and economic brotherhood of Africa for Africans for African.
The event witnessed mind-blowing performances by veteran singer Paul Play Dairo, Anu the Lady Ekwe , Olo Omidanbata , Ara – Thunder , Wole Oni , Leslie Molds of Cameroon , Don Bra Don of Kenya , Joseph Chea of Liberia , Ammal of Uganda , AgossouKoffi Alphonse of Togo , Adigun Olohun Iyo , Choni the Cellist from USA , Kola ‘Ogunkoya- Gbedu Master, Kareem Peterson , USA , Akeem Lasisi , Beriola amongst others
