Ondo election: Justice Saulawa sets Abang’s ruling aside

Justice Saulawa of Appeal Court in has set aside Justice Abang’s ruling that gave INEC order to publish Jimoh’s name as Ondo PDP canditade for Saturday’s election. Appeal Court said principle of natural justice demands that all sides are given fair hearing.
