Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State says, one year after the demise of his late chief of staff, (COS), Sir Chijioke Nwakodo, the office is still vacant as he is yet to find one fit enough to replace late Nwakado.

Speaking at a memorial service in honour of the late COS at St Thomas Anglican Church, Umuana Ndume, Ikpeazu described late Nwakodo as “courage personified”.

He said that if the essence and motive of death was to turn the Nwakodo family away from God, death has failed while urging the bereaved family to hold on to God.
