NYSC mobilise first set of Naspoly HND graduate-Rector

…….matriculate 1,498 students
Rector, Nasarawa state polytechnic, Lafia, Professor Silas Gyar, has revealed that the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has mobilized first set of students of the institution for the mandatory one national service.

Prof Gyar, who stated this on Thursday during the 16th matriculation ceremony of the institution, congratulated the students who were mobilized for the nation, adding that the exercise is a breakthrough for the institution being the first set since take off.

He told the students that his administration is doing everything within its reach to ensure accreditation of all the departments before the year ends.
A total number of 1, 498 students were matriculated in the 2017/ 2018 academic session.

Accordingly,the Rector also thanked the state governor, Tanko Umaru Almakura for procuring the one thousand hecters of land for the permanent site of the polytechnic.
