Nigerian-Swiss Goalkeeper Sebastian Osigwe Nears FC Lugano Move

Sebastian Osigwe, a Nigerian-Swiss goalkeeper currently on the books of SC Kriens in the Swiss Challenge League (2nd division of Swiss football) is on the verge of completing a move to Swiss Super League side, FC Lugano, Daily Times can confirm.
Osigwe, 25 has long been on the books of Kriens and is a keen admirer of the Super Eagles.
While he has not played at the highest level yet, he is arguably Nigeria’s most consistent goalkeeper in Europe.

Osigwe was a member of the 2013 U-20 team coached by John Obuh and said he has had a deep affection for the Nigerian team ever since.
“It has always been a dream of mine to play for the Super Eagles of Nigeria and anytime I get called up, I will be giving my all to make sure I represent the nation in a great way. As we know there are so many talented Nigerian goalkeepers and if I get called up I will take it seriously because there are so many others looking for the same opportunity,” Osigwe had said in a past interview.
At Lugano, Osigwe will be teaming up with former Sunshine Stars attacker, Franklin Sasere who is currently on the books of the club.
