Nigeria Leadership Institute boost West Africa manpower by 2000 graduates in 20years

The Leadership Institute in Jos the Plateau State capital has graduated over 2000 graduates in the last 20years, says the Proprietor of the Institute, Prof. Iyorwuse Hagher.
Professor Hagher who is also the President of the African Leadership Institute USA, also said that the effort is geared towards boosting manpower in the Nigeria economic sector with special focus on the private sector of the country.
Hagher stated this Thursday in Jos during the graduation ceremony of 53 ITC students of the Leadership Institute.
He said, “today, the management of Leadership Institute is graduating 53 ITC students and they are already engaged by the National Directorate of Employment (NDE), this is part of our contribution in nation building and boosting of manpower for the Nigerian government with focus on the private sector”.
The Leadership Institute Proprietor, who is also a former Ambassador of Nigeria to Mexico from 2004 to 2007 said workers across the country as a matter of necessity, need to undergo training and retraining, in other to measure up with the contemporary world.
“There is every need to retrain staff of every organization, by so doing, the production capacity of every sector including non governmental organization, will be on the increase positively.
“The 53 graduates are trained in Information Technology Communication (ITC), and have also been internalised by the National Directorate of Employments (NDE)”, Hagher noted.
However, beneficiary of the programme, laud the institute and said the knowledge gotten, was a life changing impact that will assist them reshape their world.
