Niger state Deputy Director, Protocol, Alhaji Abubakar Amari is dead

The deputy director protocol to Governor, Alhaji Abubakar Sani-Bello, of Niger state, Alhaji Abubakar Amari is dead. He died last Saturday at the age of 53 after a brief illness.
Governor Sanni Bello described the death of the deceased deputy director of protocol, government House Minna as a personal loss to him.
This was contained in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Malam Jibrin Baba Ndace. The Governor remarked that the death of the deputy director did not only come as a shock but is a personal loss.
“Amari was a thorough and well breed professional. He was never found wanting in any assignment under his purview.
He was a well organised and painstaking officer, whose human and inter-personal relationship endeared him to people of different calibre and status that came across him while on this side of the divide.
“I recalled his dedication to work during his short stint as my acting Director of Protocol. The commitment he brought to the discharge of his responsibilities was unparalleled and this threw him up as one of the best human managers I ever worked with.
He never gave to provocation, even in the face of official challenges. We shall surely miss his humility, dedication and loyalty,” Gov. Sani-Bello eulogised.
He then prayed for the repose of his soul and asked for Allah (SWT) forgiveness of his sins and to grant him aljahnatul fidausi.
The late Amari was buried in Minna on Sunday in accordance with Islamic rites.
He was survived by brothers, sisters, wife and children.
