The 21-year-old’s current contract is set to expire this summer but he already has a few suitors in the pipeline; Newcastle, Borussia Dortmund, Napoli as well as RB Leipzig.

However, Bundesliga side Schalke are currently leading the rapid race after they failed to secure Barcelona loanee Jean-Clair Todibo on a permanent deal and Sarr could be the potential replacement.
Sarr has made 100 appearances for Nice while also featuring for the France U21 team and he has been lauded for his versatility as a centre-back and left-back.
