N’Delta Youths Laud Sen Bala
Youths from the Niger Delta region, on Thursday, said the region would forever remain grateful to Senator Bala Mohammed, for his role in the emergence of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan as president.
The youths also lauded Mohammed for the President’s safety during the six years of his administration, saying such loyalty shall never be forgotten by the people of the region.
According to them, aside from the contribution of the senator for moving the famous motion of “Doctrine of Necessity”, that made Jonathan, then an Acting President and later the President of the country, the dedication to duty as the minister of the FCT created a sense of peace and security for the activities of government in Abuja.
The group, in a statement through its Co-ordinator, Prince Afoke Okporus, lauded the political and supportive role played by Mohammed, so that Jonathan ended his administration on a good note.
