NCC unveils Ali Nuhu to champion ‘year of the consumer campaign’

The Nigeria Communications Commission (NCC) has unveiled Ali Nuhu, an actor, a screenwriter and a film director, as the face of the Commission’s ‘Year of the Consumer Campaign’ set to be flagged off on March 15, 2017 at the Commission’s Head Office in Abuja.

Adebayo Shittu, Minister for Communications is expected to flag off the campaign, which is lined up with series of activities.

Nuhu, who has produced and directed at least 20 movies and featured in over a hundred Nollywood and Kannywood movies, coincidentally, was born on March 15, which is also World Consumer Right’s Day.

Nuhu, whose engagement by NCC in a non-exclusive contract as the Face of the Telecom Consumer paid a visit to NCC and he was received by Management and staff.

He will by this engagement feature in handbills, flyers, banners, posters, TV appearances, radio jingles, as well as on memorabilia and other iconography materials designed by the Commission for its series of activities arranged to sensitize and celebrate the telecom consumers as the most significant stakeholders of the telecommunications industry in Nigeria.
