Music Review: Simi Ft. Praiz (Outta my head) When Love matters

The two X3M artistes, Simi and Praiz team up in a new music titled ‘Outta my head’.

This is Simi first collaboration with one of her record label mates. We all know Simi as one of the RnB artiste in Nigeria and this is one of her love song.  The music was directed by Josh Clarke, the music lasted for three minutes forty-seven seconds. This music has been viewed on different music site, and it has gotten 746 likes and 19 dislikes on You Tube. The video was shot in a Southern Safari in a small forest, and some animals were at the background like Zebra, Giraffe and some other animals. The setting is alright and Simi wore an animal skin gown that really matched with the location.

The music talks about a broken relationship, in which the guy and the lady can’t stop thinking about each other. The thinking leads the guy to an unexpected accident, they wish they could go back to the way they started; but they couldn’t and have to go their separate ways.  One of the things that was not included in the video, was the fact that the video didn’t show where the girl was dreaming about the guy.

The beginning of the song when Simi started with “wetin you dey do for my dream oh boy” and there was no scene that shows that the girl is always dreaming about the guy. The chorus goes thus:

The video was shot in two places, in a house and in the forest. I will rate the music 7/10 and people really like their collaboration, and wish to see them doing more music together.
