Matawalle in China, canvasses stronger ties to ensure crime free Nigeria

The Minister of State for Defence, Dr Bello Mohammed Matawalle has traversed the Republic of China, in a bid to build a stronger ties with high tech experts to ensure sustainable peace and crime free Nigeria.
According to a statement made available to the Daily Times in Abuja on Thursday, signed by Special Media Adviser to the Minister, Dr Lawal Umar Maradun, the Minister was in the country’s diplomatic quarters, “having a number of high-level discussions which included meetings, aimed at “redefining Nigeria’s defence architecture.”
The China mission is aimed at securing advanced security collaborations with Chinese Defence Industries that would stregthen Tinubu’s stance on Nigeria’s defense Industry.

Surrounded by senior military officers in his entourage as well as Special Advisers, Matawalle occupied the center stage at all the meetings to promote President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ‘Renewed Hope Agenda’ of revamping the Security sector of Nigeria.
“Matawalle made convincing round table discussions with the Chinese high tech experts expressing Nigeria’s readiness to strengthen its security and technological innovation that can compete with global best practices.
“Similarly, he believed that the mission is beyond partnerships, but, a stepping stone into redefining Nigeria’s future of high tech and innovation in the security industry.”
