Married woman, lover found dead in a car in Lagos

The bodies of two lovers were on Sunday morning discovered in a vehicle at Ogba, Ikeja, Lagos State. It was gathered that the love birds had died mysterious during a sex romp inside a Toyota Corrola car.

Eye witness account has it that the man and his alleged mistress, believed to be a married woman with kids, had driven to a close behind Nigeria Institute of Journalism (NIJ) to engage in sex.

However at about 8:30 am, a tricycle operator who had noticed the car engine running and the head lights still on called the attention of passers-by who upon drawing closer discovered the half naked bodies of the lovers with no body movement.

It was also learnt that the air conditioner was on and working, indicating they did not die of suffocation. They immediately alerted the Area G Police Command who promptly rushed to the scene.

The Lagos State Police Command Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Olarinde Famous-Cole stated that the corpses had been taken to the
mortuary.

He said, “Yes it is true. When information got to the area command, our men raced to the scene, and conveyed the corpses to the mortuary. Police commenced further investigation and an autopsy would be carried out on the corpses.”
