Mark, however, expressed optimism that Nigerians have been sensitised enough to ensure the smooth and peaceful conduct of the elections on Saturday.

Addressing his constituents in Otukpo, Benue State at the end of his 2015 campaign tour, on Tuesday, Mark urged all stakeholders to play according to the rules and allow the will of the people to prevail.

According to him, “As we embark on another major election, let us be guided by national interest and hold on tenaciously to all that bring peace and unity amongst us as a people.

Mark, therefore, urged the people to remain steadfast with the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the vehicle for a better future of the nation.

All the traditional rulers in Benue South senatorial zone, led the Ochi Idoma, Elias ikoyi Obekpa endorsed the candidature of Mark to return to the Senate.
