Man Utd Reportedly move for Schmeichel

Reports from Manchester suggests Manchester United could be making a move for Leicester City’s Kasper Schmeichel in their bid to solve recent goalkeeping concerns.

With regular Spaniard, David De Gea suffering a terrible loss of form, United’s just concluded season has been largely blighted by egregious goalkeeping howlers, thereby raising concerns over the future of the 29 year old Spaniard.

A possible viable replacement has been mooted in Dean Henderson, a product of Manchester United academy who is currently on loan with Premier League new boys, Sheffield United, but it remains uncertain if OGS will opt to promote the 23 year old England International to United’s number one.

Daily Times gathered that Kasper, who’s father, Peter Schmeichel starred as United’s goalie in the greatest Manchester United treble winning team of 1999, could be following in dear old dad’s footsteps if the deal is closed by the Old Trafford outfit.
