Lagos PDP intensify efforts at reaching 5million residents in state with Covid-19 palliatives

In its desire to meet the mark of reaching 5million residents of Lagos State as part of their PDP Covid-19 Support Initiative with palliative material as a result of the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, the state chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), yesterday continued the distribution of the packages in both Ikeja and Yaba areas of the state.

Announcing the commencement of another round of the distribution, the chairman of the party in the state, Mr. Adedeji Doherty commended the donors for their efforts at helping the party reach the vulnerable members of the Lagos community.

Making the announcement in the party’s Whatsapp group, Doherty said, “Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen! Once again we would like to thank all our donors. Especially those who have assisted us severally in our quest to actualise our goal concerning the distribution of relief materials to at least 5 million residents in Lagos .

“Ladies and Gentlemen I am happy to report to you once again that our Distribution Team were on the road again today”.

While assuring them that their efforts would definitely not be in vain, he pleaded with the party members to do more in reaching more people and meeting their set goal.
