Kwara LG inaugurates 5-man c’ttee to boost IGR
The Chairman of Irepodun Local Government Area (LGA) of Kwara, Hon. Muyiwa Oladipo, on Tuesday said that the newly inaugurated task force committee on Internally Generated Revue (IGR) was to achieve an all inclusive growth in the council mladipo made the assertion while inaugurating the 5-man task force committee members at the council Secretariat in Omu-Aran.
Oladipo who noted that the era of relying solely on funds from Federation Account was gone for good, expressed confidence in the ability of the committee members to deliver in their assignment.
He said that the inauguration of the committee was also informed by the need to boost the council’s revenue profile and fast track its socio-economic development.
