Keke Palma Reacts to Subtle Shade From Tia Mowry

Yesterday the news went viral that Tia Mowry-Hardrict dissed Keke Palmer when she sent out a tweet and delete it about women who like married men. She wrote;

Saying you like married men in interviews is not cute… Just saying….

Although Tia never mentioned any names in her tweet, it was automatically assumed that she was throwing dirt at Keke Palmer’s way, because of reports that suggested Keke said she liked her husband, Cory Hardrict in an interview. Keke confirmed that the tweet was more than likely directed to her during her interview with Wendy Williams.

Keke has now cleared up the big misunderstanding. She said;

I’m sorry to be laughing at this but it is very funny to me because it’s all so twisted [that] now I don’t believe in anything. Every time I see gossip, now I’m going to be second guessing it because everything got misconstrued. What happened with the original interview was I’ve known Cory since I was 10 years old. He auditioned for ‘Akeelah And The Bee’ to play my big brother in the film. And in the interview, I was talking about how the whole ‘Brotherly Love’ cast all kind of grew up together. I’ve known Quincy since I was 14. I’ve known most of the cast since I was very young, including Cory. I was like, ‘I’ve known Cory since I was like 10.’ I was like, ‘I’m gonna marry this man.’ As a 10-year-old. It was me quoting how I was as a kid.

Cory is great but that’s not my style [a married man with kids]. But I do love Cory. I do love Cory and Tia!
