Kebbi traders seek N2bn loan to boost business

The Chairman of Kebbi Traders Association of Nigeria, Ahaji Ummaru Dan Gura Gwadangaji has confirmed request for a facility forwarded to the state government seeking for at least N2 billion (Two billion Naira) to recapitalise after the shocking incidence.
The request comes after a devastating fire inferno at the Kebbi Central Market, Birnin Kebbi that razed to rubbles about 800 shops and temporary structures.
According to him, the association is grateful to the governor of Kebbi State, Atiku Abubakar Bagudu for his timely intervention and assistance but stressed that the damage requires capable hands to be able to wriggle out of the natural disaster.
He added that those with low capital are the ones most affected as lots of them are out of business since the fire incidence.
