Mr Ahidjo said he has already written to the State Government and COVID-19 Committees to retrieve NYSC facilities in their custodies for fumigation and conditioning

According to Ahidjo: ”At the Abuja meeting we were asked  to liaise with our  respective state government in getting our camp ready in 2weeks from today and to observe social distancing in all camp activities and all other COVID-19 protocols.

”And we expect half of the normal number of corpers in the next camp.”

National Youth Service orientation camps have remained closed nationwide following the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. In the light of recent developments, there is hope rising for the PCMs that orientation camps nationwide could reopen, under strict COVID-19 protocols.
